Arts (Music) Integration Lesson Ideas - Elementary

Music Integration en español 

Arts Integration is the future of K-12 education.  When students can demonstrate understanding of content through an art form, it is a vastly different educational experience that is both more effective and more enjoyable for all parties involved.  Adding culturally relevant and responsive content will further facilitate the students' ability to make connections to one or more core subjects.  Here are some Arts (Music) Integration ideas using selections en español.

Math/Counting 

(K-1st grade): "Los elefantes" "Yo tenia diez perritos" and "Brinca la tablita" 

Spanish Language Arts 

(K-2nd grade): "Una mosca parada en la pared", "Bate Bate Chocolate", and "R con R"  

Science/Nature
